Welcome to ACETO NIAGARA where the delicious fruits from the Niagara Peninsula being ennobled into delicate Icewine Aceto and fine gourmet vinegars. ACETO NIAGARA was founded by Wolfgang Woerthle and Martin Gemmrich.

Wolfgang is a passionate farmer with many years of experience. He is also a major producer of Niagara Icewine grapes and wine grapes for local wineries. Martin, a graduate of the world famous institute for viticulture and oenology Geisenheim Germany brings with him over 30 years of experience in viticulture, wine making and the beverage industry.
On their frequent travels to Europe, they noticed a revival of the ancient art of making fine vinegar. Inspired by this they experimented with different Niagara fruits fermenting them into vinegar. In 2004 both partners joined together and launched ACETO NIAGARA.
